DivineImpact provides automated communication services for local service businesses, including:
Program Description: When you submit a service inquiry through our web forms, lead ad forms (Facebook, Google), or call a business phone number managed by our system, you may receive automated SMS text messages related to your inquiry. These messages include service follow-up, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and — with your separate explicit consent — promotional messages about service availability and offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interaction. Transactional messages (appointment confirmations and reminders) are typically 2–5 messages per appointment. Follow-up messages for service inquiries are typically 3–5 messages over a 24-hour period. Promotional messages, if you have opted in, are typically no more than 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. DivineImpact is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS messages.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS messaging service is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is subject to change. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability. DivineImpact is not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier issues, network outages, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.
By providing your phone number through any of our intake channels (web forms, lead ad forms, or phone calls), you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your service inquiry. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP.
Our services, including our SMS messaging program, are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 18.

All content on divineimpact.io, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DivineImpact and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DivineImpact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
